Taiwan 2024 - New Taipei Neighborhood / If only...

Might be odd to some how candid folks are in Taiwan regarding this kind of thing.  They seem to take cleaning up after your dog seriously, and we rarely saw a mess on the streets or anywhere.  There was actually a lady in Taipei that had trained her dog, a smallish poodle, to defecated in her hand, which was gloved of course.
