Lost Cache - Turkey Water Tower

It's funny how the frames that you compose as a photographer depend on how the mood strikes you on a given day.  This appears to be the better of the two now posted of this water tower (original here), but for some reason I felt that a landscape orientation of this guy looked better back in April of 2013.

Looks like city officials have tried to mitigate the graffiti problem with only partial success...
